Return & Exchange Policy
The following is The Childrens’ Boutique return policy for all purchases made through our internet site:
Cutie Pies is committed to the highest level of customer satisfaction. We aspire that you will be delighted with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your regular priced (full price) purchase(s), you may return it, in its original, non-worn, un-washed condition and packaging (including tags attached), for a refund, exchange or store credit within 15 days of delivery of the item. Within 30 days of delivery of the item, only store credits are allowed.
Once we receive your return, we will issue you a credit. If we find that the merchandise has been used, your merchandise will be sent back to you at your expense. We encourage you to send all returns via insured mail for protection against loss or damage.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you received free shipping with your purchase, the cost of the initial shipping and handling will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will apply to replacement items. Insurance and tracking are recommended as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit to our return address.
Personalized, Monogrammed, made-to-order custom items, Special Occassion Outfits, and Holiday Wear require payment in full upon order, cannot be returned and are non-refundable. Please double check your personalized orders prior to submitting to ensure the most complete satisfaction.
SALE Return Policy – SALE items discounted off regular price are FINAL SALE and may not be refunded.
Socks, tights, hats and bows may not be returned. NO CREDIT will be given for these items if returned.
We will not accept returns on items that have been worn or washed. We cannot accept returns on items that were damaged while worn/washed, shrunk in the wash, or simply did not hold up well after being worn.
Furniture & Custom Designed Orders:
All furniture and custom-designed bedding, accessories, select gifts or other made-to-order products require payment in full upon order. Because artisans craft these items to your specifications, Cutie Pies Children’s Boutique cannot accept returns or cancellations on these products and all sales will be final.
Returned furniture, bedding, art, rugs, lamps, and chandeliers may be subject to a re-stocking fee. Please call if you have any questions.
NO STORE CREDITS WILL BE GIVEN ON MERCHANDISE RETURNED AFTER 30 DAYS OF THE DELIVERY DATE. To avoid concerns, please make your selection(s) very carefully.
Returns for Drop Ship Items:
All drop ship items must be returned to the manufacturer at buyer expense and will be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee.
Customers who refuse to accept delivery of any order will be held responsible for all postage and handling fee’s associated with the delivery. If you refuse your shipment upon delivery, there will be a 25% restocking fee assessed on the return.
Returns & Exchanges on items that are Lost, Delayed or Damaged:
Cutie Pies Children’s Boutique is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged items that are being returned. Please send all returns with insurance and delivery confirmation.
Store Credit on Returns:
If a store credit (rather than a refund) is issued for your return, it will be valid for 120 days from the date it is issued.
Cutie Pies Children’s Boutique Right to Cancel:
Cutie Pies Children’s Boutique reserves the right to cancel orders or refuse service to anyone at any time. We reserve the right to cancel orders for items that have been advertised at a wrong price, discounted rate, have incurred an unusually long back order time or have been discontinued. We also reserve the right to cancel any order which was posted to the site with errors of color, style or price. If we cancel your order after we have charged your credit card, we will refund your card the amount charged.
To make an exchange or return:
Item(s) must be returned in original, un-washed, unworn condition — with all tags, hangers and packaging intact. Otherwise you will not receive full credit for the return. In addition, please include a copy of your original receipt with the merchandise so we can process your return. Furthermore, please include the return form so that we can clearly identify the items you are choosing to return.
If you would like to make a size exchange, please place a new order for the size desired; size exchanges are treated as new orders and are not “swapped out” upon receipt of returns.
Use either UPS or USPS with insurance and tracking and promptly send to our Returns Dept.:
